Having spent almost 30 years living and working in the community of Dinas Powys, I have recently come to a decision that I now need to devote all my time, money and energies into moving as far away from Dinas Powys as is possible.  This has not been an easy decision and it is one that I have been avoiding for several years now.  However, due to continuing and increasing neighbour harrassment from just one neighbour (who is actually disliked by all other residents in the area), I feel that I have no future here.  I also feel that if I do not take this action, the situation I find myself in will continue to have an advserse effect on my health and well-being. It will not be easy and due to lack of funds (I have used all my savings and spare money on improvements to my home which is rented from the Vale of Glamorgan Council) it will probably take me at least two years to save enough money to start a new life elsewhere, but I really feel that I have no choice in this matter.  I would like to thank all the residents of Dinas Powys for their friendship over the years.
