Hello all 
My name is Vicky Payne and I have recently moved into the area after completing my Degree in dance. I would like to start a fitness/aerobics/dance session for the local ladies. I am very open to suggestions about what you would like to do, making a very relaxed and informal enironment.....and a very fun one!!
If there is interest in doing this I imagine the first session will be a sample/taster with a little chat afterwards for feedback regarding what you would like to carry on with and what you would find helpfull....giving you all complete control of what kind of activies we do as a group. Taster session will prob include things such as; Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Stretching, Yoga (you get the idea!)
I would appreciate any response or interest to be posted so i have a rough idea of numbers/interest etc. Any queries about this or Dance classes (Ballet, Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, HipHop) are also welcome.
