I can't believe that after living in DP for more than 25 years, I am now sat in my home, scared to go outside because I am being bullied and harassed by my downstairs neighbour.  As I went to take my dog out (to do her business before bed), my neighbour stood outside my front door calling me a drug addict and intimidating me so that I was too scared to go out.  I really never thought that I would be this scared in Dinas.
